“My entire life I have struggled with my weight. In my twenties I did everything and anything to keep my weight down. I experimented with diet pills and basically starved myself to keep my weight down. In my thirties I worked full time and worked a crazy amount of hours and would go all day without eating, I would get home and eat a bowl of cereal! “I started utilizing Stephanie’s Nutritional Services when I was diagnosed with Non Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease, or NAFLD. Stephanie and I worked on an eating/nutrition plan to try and reverse the effects of NAFLD. Not only did we work on the foods I should eat but what vitamins and supplements would be of aid in my new health plan.
